Ma Chen- Autism School in China

Any person with a child needs to ChipIn for this. All children should have access to basic education, and kids with Autism are no different. My friend Whitney Hoffman saw the story in the Wall Street Journal and decided to do something about it. Not only did she start a fuind raising camapign but she contacted her friend who works for the US Embassy in China to make sure this was Ok. Three cheers for Whitney who runs a website http://www.ldpodcast.com for parents with kids who have learning disabilities.Even though times are hard it is always good to think about people who need help.

Thanks so much for your support and for blogging about this, Shashi. One of my all time favorite quotes is from Mother Theresa, who said "We can't all do great things, but we can do small things with great love." If we can raise some money to help a woman struggling against some pretty big odds to help autistic children, who cannot help themselves, then this will have been a great way to spend my time and energy.
Thank you for your friendship, your contribution, and your support. It means the world to me.

Whitney
